Re-Roofs:
Most buildings do not require a full roof replacement. They are expensive and usually aren’t necessary. As long as the vapour barrier and insulation are in good condition, It is most cost effective to re-roof the building. In order to re-roof, J&K Roofing Services requires a clean surface to ensure the EPDM rubber adheres properly. We will rip off the old roofing system and re-sheet with plywood or some type of cover board before installing the new roofing system.
Full Roof Replacement:
Full roof replacements can be necessary on old roofs or when there has been leaking over time causing issues with insulation and vapour barrier.
Metal Roofs:
J&K Roofing Services provides a cost effective solution to old leaking metal roofing systems. We install insulation in between the flutes of the old metal roof ensuring there are no air gaps and then sheet overtop of the insulation. After that, we install EPDM rubber.
